Honda Siel Cars finally launched its much awaited eight generation Honda Accord in India today. It finally unveiled its model after eight months of its launch. The car shall be priced at a starting price of Rs. 16.49 lakh that may go up to Rs 18.14 lakhs.

The new Honda Accord comes with lot of new features and better style. It has 80 mm longer and 25 mm wider than its predecessor. The fuel efficiency is increased to 8% and is the only car in its segment equipped with 5-speed automatic transmission. Honda has developed new Accord on the larger wheel base with advanced 2.4l i-VTEC engine that is capable of delivering power of 180PS.

The model shall be available in 3 versions – Accord 2.4, Accord 2.4 Elegance and Accord 2.4 Inspire. Honda has already sold 16000 units of Accord in India since it was first introduced in India in 2001.
