I want to buy a new scooter. Till now I been driving a chetak 1997 model which is though still doing fine, but now I want to buy a self start scooter. I also want a covered boot to keep office files and a space for storing a helmet. I have shortlisted Honda Activa, Suzuki125cc, kinetic flyte. The problem is that Honda Activa is now almost seven to eight years old model. Its refined model Aviator does not have space for a front boot. About Suzuki125,though with a 125cc engine, is not very popular and then there is the question of its after sales service too. The same is the case with Kinetic. I have read about it, but again there is the question of its after sales service . I am in a fix as to what option to choose. Or is there a likelyhood of some new models of scooters to be launched in near future.Please advice.

By when is Mahindra expected to launch the new range of Kinetic scooters? Also I am intrested in purchasing a self start two wheeler. Pl advice should I go for Honda Active(although the technology is quite old now) or should I wait for launch of some new brands like Kinetic?

i have kinetic 4s 2007 model. company claim it should give avg between 50 to 60 km/ltr but even with regular maintanance i am not getting avg more than 30-35 km/ltr.
what to do to increase avg.
